“Tough times never last, but tough people do” so goes a popular aphorism by Robert Schuller. This aptly describes the scenario as Accord in partnership with Chevron successfully graduates yet another set of Entrepreneurs who are set to explore the market in their different skill areas in a bid to make ends meet with the support starter kits presented. This aligns the participants focus in achieving their aim of becoming Entrepreneurs. To this end, the participants and the invited guests were overwhelmed at the kind gesture of the organizers of the Youth Skills Training and Empowerment Programme (Y-STEP) and graded the gesture as a welcome development to the youth in Rivers state and advised the graduands to take optimum advantage of the programme so as to make a difference in life and as well as extend same to others.
